S TECH provides a wide range of services as a part of technical support for construction works (construction support). Our engagement means that we are next to your project/site management team to assist and(or) to deliver needed technical solutions, plans, documentation, site supervision. This service complements our idea of being a one-stop-shop engineering solution for your project that starts with the concept design and finishes with the delivery of the project.

The Design of Connections as our separate service refers to the design based on your input data. If possible, you can send us the design model which contains all necessary data about design effects in the nodes. The structural design of steel structures includes the design of connections by default, if not otherwise agreed. Using the latest software solutions and still following the traditional methods, we are aiming to provide such topographies of connections that will meet code requirements in a highly optimized manner.

Using the state of art software, we can provide high-quality steel detailing service. The first step we make is the development of a detailed BIM model of the structure, which potentially (assuming software compatibility) can improve workflow with our clients. Delivery by default includes GA, Assembly, and Single Part drawings, including detailed lists and specs. Furthermore, we can assist you in the creation of production, transportation, and erection plans.

Delivery of formwork and reinforcement plans is something we can offer as a separate service. Based on your architectural plans, structural design reports, RFIs, and other related documents, we deliver detailed formwork and reinforcement plans, including rebar workshop cutting lists. We can work in the BIM workflow model to improve collaboration with architects and(or) structural designers, as well as to adjust to any formating of the drawings and other documents you might require, which is the easiest to be set by using templates provided by you.

Although not our field of expertise, we can provide service of architectural design in cooperation with our associate companies, who are professionals in this field. The goal is to make the overall design process easier to manage for our Clients. We can deliver different levels of design, starting with concept design, up to detailed design, for various types of buildings and facilities.
